Description

The longest piece in the collection at 51 inches, and only 17 wide — made for the walls that defeat most art: above a long sideboard, down a hallway, or running up beside a staircase.

Heavy 24-gauge stock at a pound to the square foot, given a clear lacquer finish and mounted on quarter-inch plywood. Hung horizontally it reads as a landscape; turned vertically it becomes a column.

The most substantial work here, and the one most often commissioned again in a custom size.
